Availability

Products shown on the website are available at the time of publishing. Due to supply-chain and international shipping some products may be unavailable for short periods of time.

Backorders

Where a product is available for sale but not for immediate shipping, a backorder may be placed. As soon as the product comes in you will be one of the first to receive it.

Shipping time

Products are shipped the most efficient way possible. Delays in shipping are beyond our control however we partner with local and international companies to get your products to you as quickly as we can.

Tracking

All orders will come with a tracking number and courier information so you can track your products and plan to receive them in a timely manner.

How do I get paid?

All Influencer payments are made on a regular basis? weekly, fortnightly, monthly??

When do I get paid?

Any commissions and bonuses can be requested on a weekly/forntnightly basis. They can be withdrawn to the bank account details in your personal profile.

How much can I earn?

There is no limit to what you can earn, however some weekly and monthly limits exist for certain bonuses. See the terms and conditions of the compensation plan for more details.

How do I refer people to buy from me?

Use your Viaveta website links eg: viaveta.eu/username to share with anyone on your personal circle of friends. You can also refer them to the viaveta website and give them your username so you receive bonuses and commissions from the sale of products.

What if I am shy?

If you love the Viaveta products and the chance to earn commissions and bonuses as an influencer you can simply refer your friends and family with your referral link. You don't need to do big presentations, podcasts or live meetings. You can use online tools and social media, within the guidelines of your influencer terms and conditions.

What if I don't like to sell?

Most people refer things every day. favourite restaurants, hotels, holiday destinations. This is exactly the same. Find your favourite product and tell your story. That's a lot less pressure and if they want to find out more the company website, catalogue and product testimonials will do the rest.

How do I build a list of customers?

Talk to the influencer who recommended ViaVeta to you, attend the trainings, and read all about the company and it's founder. Then contact the first 10 people you think might like the ViaVeta products or being an influencer.

How do I refer people to be an influencer?

Some people are excited about the opportunity to share about a product they love and benefit with a referral bonus or commission when products are sold. Share your link with them or invite them to a company presentation.

How do I make a lot of money?

Everyone has the same opportunity with ViaVeta. The more products are sold through your recommendation and through your network of influencers, the more you can make. If you want to earn $100 a month, get two or three regular customers who are each buying $200 or more in products per month. If you want to earn $500 a month, you will need 10-15 customers who are each buying $200 or more in products per month. You might also find one or two influencers who bring their own customers to Viaveta. if you want to earn $5000 a month or more, you may need up to 50 customers, and have 5-10 influencers who also bring 5-10 influencers each. This will bring you over $50,000 in product sales and help you earn ongoing product sales commissions and influencer bonuses. Technical
How do I get a username

In the enrolment process as an influencer you will be prompted to create a unique username.

How do I update my personal details

When you first buy products or register as an influencer you can input all your personal and business details. Please be accurate as it will be fixed and require an email to support later on if you need to change. Personal and KYC (Know Your Customer) information may require identification documents to be uploaded which cannot be changed as they are tied to your identity and your account.

How do I add a bank account

In order to receive payments you will need to enter your payment details in your profile. Please ensure they are correct before creating any withdrawal.

How do I transfer my account

Transferring requires a particular form to be completed and authorisation from both parties, and may attract a fee. Please see terms and conditions for details on ownership and transfers.

How do I close my account

To close your account you need to have no outstanding payments due to the company. Any final commissions will need to be withdrawn from your commission or bonus wallet and a letter of cancellation submitted to support in line with the terms and conditions. See them for details.
